Cyber Production

Projects

*** Development of a distributed design environment based on Russian software for the implementation of student engineering projects

::: The project is being carried out by the head of the educational program “Cyber Production” Aleksei Ogorodnikov, who became the winner of the grant competition for master’s teachers of the Vladimir Potanin Scholarship Program 2022/2023.

As a result of completing work under the grant, master's students conduct project activities in the private cloud of UrFU on the Russian platform LOTSMAN:PLM and in the public cloud on the Russian platform Bitrix24. The development of mechatronic products is carried out using engineering software from Russian developers. Since the installed programs have English interfaces, foreign participants can easily connect to the project.

*** Summer University

::: Teachers of the Cyber Production educational program give lectures in English and lead projects on robotics topics at the annual Summer University. Students from far abroad countries, including India, Colombia, and China, are trained.
