The purpose of the master's educational program " Psychological and Organizational Consulting" is to provide training of highly qualified specialists who have the necessary professional competencies both for working with different types of clients (individual counseling) and with different groups (family, group, professional, organizational counseling, training work).
The educational program "Psychological and Organizational Consulting" involves the formation of an understanding of the essence of psychological assistance, knowledge of the goals, methods and means of psychological counseling and psychotherapy. All classes are aimed at obtaining practical skills in psychological counseling, psychological support, correctional and rehabilitation work.
In addition, undergraduates are prepared to solve problems of pedagogical, research, organizational and managerial activities, tasks of psychological intervention (development, correction) and supervision.
The quality of master's training is guaranteed by the experience of scientific and practical work of the departments of General and social psychology, pedagogy and psychology of education, clinical psychology and psychophysiology. Teaching staff of the program: doctors and candidates of science, practicing psychologists.
Successful completion of the master's program allows graduates to carry out professional activities in a wide range of job responsibilities from a psychologist-consultant to the head of the HR Department in business structures, in educational institutions, health care, in law enforcement agencies and public authorities, in psychological and rehabilitation centers, as well as in private consulting practice.
