The goal of the Master's program "Technologies in Human Resource Management" is to provide training of highly qualified specialists, managers and heads of structural divisions, heads of personnel management and labor relations services, who have fundamental knowledge and modern techniques in the field of personnel management, capable of forming a system of individual personnel management tools.

The area of professional activity of a master with a training profile for the master's program "Technologies in Human Resource Management"  is the solution of complex problems in the areas of business, public and corporate governance, internal and external business consulting, education, internal corporate development, professional retraining and advanced training, individual and group consulting leaders.

The program "Technologies in Human Resource Management" orients graduates to active participation and initiative in the management of business processes, professions, influence on the performance of the organization through the introduction of new HR technologies for managing the involvement and discipline of work, the use of HR analytics, changing the organizational and corporate culture, following the main directions of the development of a digital society and the digitalization of management systems.

The content of the program harmoniously combines the development of a wide range of research and practice-oriented methods of personnel management. In the form of training sessions, the ability to create teams of professionals and work effectively in thematic groups, to defend their position, convince, find compromise and alternative solutions is formed.
