The Master's program "Development and Management in software projects" is aimed at training project managers in the field of information technology and heads of IT departments of organizations. The training program includes several basic blocks:
- The IT Management block, where undergraduates master the basics of managing software projects, product, team and IT infrastructure, as well as decision support tools;
- The Software engineering block, in which undergraduates practice in the design and development of software tools in Java, Python, DevOps engineering and information security methods;
- A block of scientific and SoftSkills competencies, where undergraduates will learn how to use various tools to work with scientific and technical information, speak to the public and build effective communications, perform research work;
- Project activity, in which undergraduates carry out software projects for enterprises and organizations, develop skills in organizing and managing software system development processes.
Also, the program implements a system of elective tracks, such as:
- Development of enterprise management systems - expansion of competencies in the field of information systems and business process management;
- Development of information and analytical systems - expanding competencies in the field of machine learning and data analysis;
- Development and operation of information systems - expansion of competencies in the field of industrial development and DevOps engineering.
