The program «5.2.4. Finance» is focused on the study of methodological, experimental and scientific and applied issues of identifying patterns, trends in the development of structural changes in public and corporate finance. This is the training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel, as well as highly qualified practitioners involved in the study of theoretical and practical issues of management and organization of finance, money circulation and credit, taxation, insurance and the securities market, who own scientific methods for studying economic, monetary processes.

Program Features:
The content of the program «5.2.4. Finance» is fundamental and applied scientific research, research developments and processes of implementation of scientific results in the field of finance, money circulation and credit relations. The objects of this scientific specialty are the finances of the state, corporations and enterprises; interrelations and interdependencies arising in the process of functioning and interaction of various parts of the financial system; the structure of the mechanism of financial interaction of state, public and corporate finance; financial flows and capital circulation; structural elements of the monetary system; cash flow in the economy; objective patterns of formation systems of monetary relations at the micro and macro levels. In particular, attention is paid to the system of transport payments, which regulates the ownership of vehicles and their use, the system of fiscal payments, which regulates the processes of extraction of aquatic biological resources, as well as the system of environmental payments, which regulates the rational use of natural resources.
