The program “Social safeness of Youth” involves training bachelors in the basics of national security of the Russian Federation, as well as the functionality of ensuring social security through the youth policy of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.  Social policy, implemented using mechanisms for protecting young people from deviations in the fashion environment, is aimed not so much at overcoming the consequences of certain social diseases, but at preventing the causes of their occurrence, at eliminating the causes of existing negative social phenomena among young people, the causes of social risks, affecting young people, ensuring declared social guarantees.
