Exchange terms with foreign universities - free education for a semester or several semesters in one of 60 academic partners (leading business schools and large universities)
Double degree programs with top foreign universities and business schools: Lingnan University (Hong Kong), Hong Kong (AACSB) and ESCA Business School (Morocco, Casablanca)
Annualy students of the International Management program take part in the summer school "Doing business in Russia" - the hallmark of business education in the Urals. For two weeks, students immerse themselves in the international environment and meet with leaders of Russian business - companies from various industries from production to IT products for business to heavy engineering
Extendent Career Opportunities in Russia and in the World: 6 ACCA Qualification Exams (F1,F2,F3, F5, F7, F9) + a BSc degree in Applied Accounting awarded by Oxford Brookes University + ACCA Privileges ACCA Membership
International environment: 54% of students of the academic group are foreigners, which allows students of the program to gain tremendous cross-cultural experience in solving problems during study and gain friends from different parts of the world
The goal of the program is to provide up-to-date practice-oriented management education for people interested in working for Russian and international companies. Graduates of the program are capable of addressing global challenges and have the following skill set:
• Strong analytical skills to plan and forecast a company’s performance
• Modelling business processes using applied software systems
• Teamwork and leadership
• Financial and performance management
• Developing business strategies
• Supply chain management and export-import operations of a company
Combination of high education program with a semester abroad, corporate internship and master-classes, as well as business projects implemented by students during their studies provides wide opportunities for employment and career development for our alumni
Career trajectories of the program graduates are middle managers – 46%, entrepreneurs – 17%, department directors – 32%, public officials – 5%
